an order without the aid of an Iva’s International Independent Distributor, you can

you regarding your order or registration. Possibly, we will file this information
specifically to provide better service in the event you contact us, again.
B. When you register to become an Iva’s International Independent Distributor with the
intent to own your own business, order products online as a customer, and use the
services available on our website, you will be required to provide your Personally
Identifiable Information such as; name, address, e-mail address, and your
telephone number. This information is stored securely and may be accessed under
Contact Information. You will be given a number, and select your own USER NAME
and PASSWORD to enter the website to access your Contact Information.
C. When ordering, or seeking services from the Iva’s International website, billing
address, credit card, other transaction information, and your telephone number are
needed. This information is needed in order to ship your product order, process
payment, and, to communicate with you the status of your order. Pertinent
information will be given to the Iva’s International shipping partner that might
include the kinds of products being shipped.
D. Your credit card information is collected at registration, or, for shipping cart order is
used to process payment for the transaction, and, generally, is not retained on the
Iva’s International website. If you wish, you can elect to securely store your credit

Iva’s International, you will receive advice and information from Iva’s International, and,
other IBO’s of your line of sponsorship. They are aware that they must not share your
information with any non-affiliated third parties. and are obligated to observe the intent
of this Privacy Statement. It is your responsibility to let Iva’s International know that
you do not wish for your Personal Identifiable Information to be share with anyone
other than your immediate IBO.
B. If you are a customer, to assure the highest level of personal service, we may share
Personally Identifiable Information about you (excluding credit card information and
other details, however, you may elect to share order details as stated below) with your
servicing IBO, who is committed to making sure you’re pleased with the products you
purchas and that you receive a favorable experience. Your servicing IBO has agreed
not to share your information with any non-affiliated third parties, and is obligated to
observe the intent of this Privacy Statement. An IBO may share your information with
other IBO’s with which they have a relationship. You may elect to share order details
with your servicing IBO, or let Iva’s International know if you do not want any
Personally Identifiable Information shared with your servicing IBO, by sending a
written statement to the Iva’s International email address: or, the “Contact Us” section
and we will assist you.
C. In general, and from tim to time, we may provide Personally Identifiable
Information in response to court order, subpoena, or, government investigation. We
also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in
good faith believe to be unlawful.We may release Personally Identifiable
Information when we believe that such release is reasonable necessary to enforce
or apply our Terms of Use or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and
